Against Penn State York, Hazleton clawed their way back from a set down to win the next two sets, forcing a decisive fifth in front of their home fans. Outside hitter Sydney Mack was exceptional, leading the team with 25 kills and adding 15 digs and several key points in the comeback bid. Setter Sophia Del Vacchio ran a fluid offense with 49 assists, while Claire Riera-Gomez contributed all over the court, racking up 13 kills, 21 digs, and a team-leading presence throughout. Hazleton finished with 57 kills and 76 digs, pushing York to the limit before falling just short by a two-point margin in the fifth set.
